- Inspection systems are ISO-9001:2008 registered
- In house ISO/IEC 17025Testing Laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.
- Inspection of thread gauging to ANSI/ASME B 1.3M System 21 and 22, MIL-I-4520
- Gauge calibration system to MIL-STD-45662
- In-house heat treating to AMS 6875 with furnace calibration to AMS 2750 requirements.
To fully ensure that product requirements are met, the EBC Industries team implements statistical process control in manufacturing, including heat lot control and material traceability.
